A film crew was present on Pomeroy Street in the Butetown section of Cardiff on July 23 to film a few scenes with Mandip Gill for Doctor Who Series 12.

Gill was seen in companion Yaz’s typical leather jacket, a patterned surplice blouse and slim black trousers.
There are no reports of what types of scenes were filmed on the residential street of row houses.
From the conversation overhead, it is possible that Jodie Whittaker was on location as well.

There were also reports of Bradley Walsh filming in Cardiff.

There were no sightings of Tosin Cole, who was celebrating his 27th birthday.
The filming activity on Pomeroy Street was for Block 4, the fourth and final filming block of the ten-episode series, consisting of Episodes 7 and 8.
