There will be a Doctor Who special in addition to the ten Series 12 episodes which have already been filmed.

The information about the existence of this special was found by @Ruther2 on Twitter, on the CV of a First Assistant Director.

There is no information on the CV about what kind of Doctor Who special it will be, the name of the director, or when it will air but this is the first positive proof of a special.

Fans had the opportunity to witness filming of the special on October 2 in Cardiff with Bradley Walsh, Mandip Gill and Tosin Cole present.
