An adaptation of Fourth Wing is underway, with AmazonMGM to adapt the bestseller into a series – here’s everything we know so far:

The hit fantasy story has been picked up by AmazonMGM for Prime Video, recently ordering it to become a series for the streamer. Story details have begun to be released, alongside who will be behind bringing the project to life.

What’s Fourth Wing about?

The series will follow our protagonist as she navigates the fantasy world of Navarre, a place with competitiveness baked into the social structure. After buckling under the persistent pressure from her mother to do so, our main character signs up for the demanding world of Basgiath War College. We watch an adventure unfold as she joins hundreds of other candidates all working tirelessly towards the same goal- to become the elite of Navarre: dragon riders.

Who’s behind it?

The original author, Rebecca Yarros, is set to produce alongside Michael B. Jordan (Sinners), Elizabeth Raposo (Creed III), Jonathan Nolan (Westworld), Lisa Joy (Westworld), Athena Wickham (Fallout), Liz Pelletier (Survive) and Sherryl Clark (Cloverfield).
