Two locations in the Clifton area of Bristol were used for Doctor Who filming on 26 April.

Frederick Place was decorated for Christmas to film scenes for the 2023 Doctor Who festive special with Ncuti Gatwa and Anita Dobson.

The crew worked to set up the TARDIS prop.

Actress Anita Dobson showed up to play Ruby Sunday’s neighbour Mrs. Flood, or Mrs. Blood, depending which Anita Dobson interview is correct.

As did Fifteenth Doctor actor Ncuti Gatwa.

Gatwa was spotted pointing his hand, possibly with an object in it, toward a door.

The Daily Mail published some photographs showing an unknown object in Ncuti Gatwa’s hand.

When the filming ended on Frederick Place, the focus shifted to the second Doctor Who filming at Clifton College in Bristol. This time the filming was for a Doctor Who Series 14 episode featuring Jinkx Monsoon.

Another unknown actor showed up to film at the college.

Doctor Who will return in November 2023 with three 60th anniversary specials starring David Tennant as the Fourteenth Doctor and Catherine Tate as companion Donna Noble. In the following festive period, Ncuti Gatwa will star in his first full Doctor Who episode as the Fifteenth Doctor. Doctor Who Series 14 starring Ncuti Gatwa and Millie Gibson will debut in 2024.
