Potentially mild spoilers for Doctor Who series 11
A few new details have come to light about Doctor Who series 11, that’s currently filming under the watchful eye of new showrunner, Chris Chibnall.
The Mirror has a new report – and should be taken, of course, with usual doses of The Mirror salt – which suggests that the next location for the series is set to be India, with the production team heading off there next for filming.
That’ll be for a historical story, it seems, with the report suggesting three stories from the new run will be set in the future, three in the past, and the rest in the present day.
It also cites that the characters of Ryan and Yasmin in the show – played by Tosin Cole and Mandip Gill – will be in their teens.
The BBC hasn’t confirmed any of this, of course, and filming continues in Wales for the time being.
