The Musketeers actor Luke Pasqualino has reportedly joined the cast of Our Girl for the second season.
Five new episodes of BBC One’s army drama are currently filming in Africa.
Michelle Keegan is replacing former star Lacey Turner in the lead role as medic Corporal Georgie Lane.
The former Coronation Street actress and returning Season 1 star Ben Aldridge will be joined by Luke Pasqualino as maverick Special Forces officer Elvis Harte.
Other new cast members include Royce Pierreson (Murdered By My Boyfriend) as Dr Jamie Cole, Rolan Bell (Doctors) as Sergeant King, Sean Sagar (Top Boy) as Monk and Anthony Oseyemi (Behind Enemy Lines) as the Kenyan forces’ Captain Osman, IBTimes reports.
26-year-old Luke Pasqualino is best known as Freddie in E4’s teen drama Skins. He will next be seen on TV in the third season of BBC One’s The Musketeers.
Season 2 of Our Girl will be set in a Kenyan refugee camp and is expected to air on BBC One later this year.
