A Doctor Who film crew conducted two interior and two night shoots at the historic Tredegar House in Newport, Wales on 11 and 12 May.
Millie Gibson shared some photos of herself in Regency Era costume as Ruby Sunday from the shoot taken by unit stills photographer James Pardon.

Also present at the location in Regency Era finery were Ncuti Gatwa as the Doctor and Jonathan Groff as a “mysterious key” character.
The crew blacked out some of the windows in the mansion to film the interior. The exterior filming involved several period carriages, and a lighting crane. Real SFX vehicles were present to provide practical effects.

The Tredegar House mansion and gardens will remain closed through Saturday as the film crew dismantles and packs up their setup at the location.
Doctor Who will return in November 2023 with three 60th anniversary specials starring David Tennant as the Fourteenth Doctor and Catherine Tate as companion Donna Noble. In the following festive period, Ncuti Gatwa will star in his first full Doctor Who episode as the Fifteenth Doctor. A new series starring Ncuti Gatwa and Millie Gibson will debut in 2024.
