Series 3 sees Joe Gilgun (This Is England ’86) join the cast as new guy Rudy, following the departure of Robert Sheehan as Nathan.

Socha, who plays Kelly, teased: “…it’s grittier and scarier and we have new powers. There’s quite a lot of death. Especially Episode 7 – cheerleader zombies. You can imagine what happens there. A lot of killing and a lot of blood.”

The actress also hinted that Kelly’s new superpower is “very funny”.
