The October Horror Channel premieres have been revealed — and there’s plenty to look forward to
Horror Channel has seven weekend primetime premieres line up for October, including, at 9pm on Sunday nights, the UK TV premiere of Brad Peyton’s supernatural thriller Incarnate, starring Aaron Eckhart, and the channel premieres of David Cronenberg’s erotic psychological chiller Dead Ringers and Juan Carlo Fresnadillo’s atmospheric fantasy Intruders (2011), starring Clive Owen.
Plus, there are four premieres at 9pm on Saturday nights: Darren Lynn Bousman’s nightmarish mystery Abattoir, Iain Softley’s Southern Gothic-style frightener The Skeleton Key, starring Kate Hudson, dark horror comedy Mom And Dad, starring Nicholas Cage and Selma Blair and Mama, the Guillermo Del Toro exec-produced haunting drama.
There’s plenty of information in their announcement, so we’ll just focus on one title we think deserves your attention.

It’s was directed by Brad Peyton, and starred Aaron Eckhart, Carice van Houten, Catalina Sandino Moreno and David Mazouz. Here’s the Rotten Tomatoes plot summary:
So, plenty of tropes and in some ways we’re reminded of the excellent Stephen King novel Later, at least with regards demons in the mind. There are a few trailers, including this one and we still think this might be worth a watch. Let us know your view in the comments.
