It’s no lie – Poker Face has found a British home on Sky Max and NOW.

After a successful US launch, Rian Johnson’s mystery series Poker Face is finally coming to the UK. Sky have announced that the whole series is dropping onto Sky Max and the streamer Now on Friday, 26th May 2023.

Created, written, directed and executive produced by Rian Johnson (Knives Out), Poker Face is a 10-episode mystery-of-the-week series. It follows Natasha Lyonne (Russian Doll) as Charlie Cale, who has an extraordinary ability to determine when someone is lying. She hits the road with her Plymouth Barracuda and with every stop encounters a new cast of characters and strange crimes she can’t help but solve.

We have been rather excited about the show and its impressive roster of guest stars. It was renewed in February too, shortly after the US premiere, and it appears that Rian Johnson has plenty of ideas for the show’s future.

Ahead of the UK launch, Sky have dropped a trailer. It’s a brief 30 seconds, but gives you a hint of what to expect…

Fortunately, US network Peacock were rather more forthcoming…
