The long-awaited final season of Star Trek: Discovery begins on April 4th, 2024.
Updated 27/02/23: As anticipated, Paramount+ have dropped a full trailer for Star Trek: Discovery Season 5.
The new promo delivers a mix of action and emotion as we prepare to bid goodbye to another show in the Trek franchise.
“It has been a hell of a journey… but everything ends someday.”
Across one minute and 30 seconds, the trailer is as much about the series as a whole as it is the upcoming storyline. That’s a race against time to discover an ancient power, which looks to involve a lot of explosions and a fair amount of tears too.
In a related part of the Star Trek universe, production is underway on the new Section 31 movie. That sees Michelle Yeoh reprising her Discovery role as the mirror universe’s former despot Emperor Phillipa Georgiou, now working for Starfleet black ops.
Star Trek: Discovery Season 5 begins with a double-premiere on April 4th, 2024. Episodes 3 – 1o then follow weekly.
