The BBC has confirmed that the new series of crime drama Death In Paradise will begin next month.
The BBC has released the first pic from the second series of BBC One’s Death in Paradise, which is currently shooting on the Caribbean island of Guadeloupe.
Filming has begun on the second series of BBC One’s Death in Paradise, with British singer-songwriter Jamelia set to appear in her first TV role.
BBC One crime drama Death in Paradise has been recommissioned for a second series of eight episodes.
Coming to BBC One this autumn, Death in Paradise is a fish out of water story about a quintessential English cop posted to the Caribbean island of Sainte Marie.
With a title straight out of the Agatha Christie phrasebook, Guadeloupe as a backdrop and a twist ending, Death in Paradise could almost be a modern-day sequel to A Caribbean Mystery.
