Torchwood star John Barrowman has taken the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, having been challenged by his Arrow co-star Stephen Amell.

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge helps raise awareness and donations for ALS charities. ALS is also referred to as motor neurone disease.
