If you follow the link in the tweet to actress Aurora Marion’s CV, it lists her as playing a “guest role” in an episode of Doctor Who directed by Lee Haven Jones.
The same person discovered that Lee Haven Jones directed Block 2 of Doctor Who Series 12.
Block 2 of Series 12 included filming on the street in front of the Glamorgan Building at Cardiff University on March 19, which was set dressed as Nazi occupied Paris.

So what type of character is Aurora Marion playing? One clue is in her CV which lists her as a French-speaking Belgian. Marion is likely playing a Parisienne.
Another clue is from her Instagram account, which shows her in a chic period costume with her hairstyle protected with a hairnet, posted from Cardiff Bay on March 20, likely at Roath Lock Studios where the Doctor Who sets are located.
