10 ‘Torchwood’ monsters that should appear in ‘Doctor Who’

Here are ten Torchwood nasties that should make the move to Doctor Who…

 

6. Abaddon

Yup, that chip of the old block Abaddon also deserves a spot on Doctor Who. A humongous demon so powerful his shadow alone would kill you, he was a fearsome creation who was severely underused in season one finale ‘End of Days.’

In Doctor Who, he could team up with his ol’ pops in a sequel to ‘The Impossible Planet/The Satan Pit.’

 

5. Adam

Though Bryan Dick’s portrayal of the memory-manipulating fake Torchwood member Adam was terrific, the entity’s appearance in Doctor Who wouldn’t require him back, just a similar premise.

Imagine a Who episode which started with the Doctor having a new companion you’d never met before, or maybe even the companion with someone they believe is the Doctor? Either way, it would make for a magnificent, mind-bending episode.

 

4. Ghostmaker

Torchwood the Ghostmaker

Much like Bilis Manger, the Ghostmaker and his ghoulish circus troupe – who could steal your soul and jump out of film strips – were never explained properly in season two’s ‘From Out of the Rain.’

Julian Bleach already plays Davros in Who (as well as The Nightmare Man in SJA) but there’s no reason he couldn’t reprise this character, as well. Maybe all three could team up? Bleachs assemble!
