Since Merlin cast his last spell in 2012 and walked off into history, you may have been feeling a little bereft.
Atlantis tried to fill a gap but was sadly cut down before it finished telling its tale. At least we can console ourselves that many of the Camelot crew have gone on to other things.

Here is a quick round-up of what some of the Merlin cast have been up to recently and where they can be seen next…
Colin Morgan (Merlin)
As well as notching up appearances in Quirke and the second season of The Fall alongside The X-Files star Gillian Anderson, Morgan has been starring in Channel 4’s new sci-fi hit Humans.
On the big screen, he starred in the adaptation of Vera Brittain’s WWI memoir Testament of Youth along with a host of big names such as Hayley Atwell, Dominic Cooper and Kit Harrington.
More recently, Colin has filmed Legend, a movie about the Kray Twins starring Tom Hardy. With both Christopher Eccleston and David Thewlis also in the cast, it is scheduled for release in September.
Currently filming The Living and the Dead, BBC One’s new supernatural drama from the co-creators of Life On Mars and Ashes To Ashes, his next project is a coming of age drama entitled Waiting for You.
Bradley James (Arthur)
Bradley appeared briefly in the first episode of Homeland Season 4 last year as Lt Edgars, an angry pilot who berated Carrie Matheson over a mission which killed a wedding party.
More recently, he has been appearing in iZombie and recently landed the lead role of Damien, A&E’s TV’s follow up to The Omen, which is set to broadcast in 2016 – no word on a UK broadcaster yet though.
Angel Coulby (Guinevere)
Angel played Laura, wife of Stephen Diliane’s British detective Karl Roebuck, in The Tunnel, Sky Atlantic’s British/French remake of the Danish/Swedish noir hit The Bridge. The show has a second season on the way, in which Angel will be reprising her role.
In the meantime, she has been busy voicing Kayo in CITV’s terrific Thunderbirds are Go. Taking a summer break, International Rescue will be back on duty in the autumn.
Angel has also just been announced on the cast list for Undercover, a new legal thriller from the writer of Silk which will also star Sophie Okenedo and Adrian Lester.
Katie McGrath (Morgana)
While NBC’s Dracula, for which Katie turned blonde to play Lucy Westenra alongside Jonathan Rhys-Meyers, did not get a second season, she gave kids around the world nightmares this summer with her terrifying death scene in Jurassic World.
Since Merlin, Katie has been working in film as well as TV, with a role in Leading Lady – a South African based comedy movie who had a US release in June 2014. She also notched up a role in The Throwaways, a CIA comedy thriller alongside Sam Worthington and Doctor Who’s Noel Clarke.
Currently, Katie is filming something that sounds rather familiar: Knights of the Roundtable: King Arthur, Guy Ritchie’s take on the Lancelot tale, with a cast that includes Charlie Hunnam, Jude Law and Eric Bana. The film is set to be the first of a series and is scheduled for a July 2016 release.
