There’s no Nicole Kidman this time, but Apples Never Fall nonetheless boasts an impressive cast for its Delaney family. Parents Annette Bening and Sam Neil, include both Alison Brie (GLOW) and Jack Lacy (The White Lotus) among their children.

Here’s the official synopsis:

Based on Liane Moriarty’s New York Times bestselling novel, Apples Never Fall centers on the seemingly picture-perfect Delaney family. Former tennis coaches Stan (Sam Neill) and Joy (Annette Bening) have sold their successful tennis academy and are ready to start what should be the golden years of their lives.

While they look forward to spending time with their four adult children (Jake Lacy, Alison Brie, Conor Merrigan-Turner, Essie Randles), everything changes when a wounded young woman knocks on Joy and Stan’s door, bringing the excitement they’ve been missing. But when Joy suddenly disappears, her children are forced to re-examine their parents’ so-called perfect marriage as their family’s darkest secrets begin to surface.

The series comes from Writer/Showrunner/Executive Producer Melanie Marnich and producers Heyday Television and Universal International Studios. The series’ directors are Chris Sweeney (The Tourist, Back to Life) and Dawn Shadforth (I Hate Suzie).

Executive producers are Melanie Marnich, David Heyman, Gregory Jacobs, Liane Moriarty, Annette Bening, Joe Hortua, Albert Page and Jillian Share.

Peacock are dropping all seven episodes of Apples Never Fall on March 14th, 2024. There’s no confirmation for the UK yet, but we have our fingers crossed for Sky Max. We’ll keep you posted.
