The BBC released two behind-the-scenes videos from the making of the eighth episode of Doctor Who Series 12, The Haunting of Villa Diodati.

Director Emma Sullivan shared several photos from her filming block, which consists of Can you Hear Me? and The Haunting of Villa Diodati. Quite a few of the photos are from the filming at Merthyr Mawr Estate, used for the interiors of Villa Diodati.

I have actually done some work this year but couldn’t say anything till now. This lovely bunch of noodles and I made a couple of eps of Doctor Who this summer. And yes we wore suits everyday on set. . #doctorwho

Easily the worst thing about this industry is being away from family. I was away for my son’s first birthday last summer and whilst we had a big party on the weekend, being away working on the actual day felt awful… so thanks to the cast and crew of #doctorwho ep 8 for helping me send him a little birthday message 😍
