Under a starlit sky, two teenage sweethearts share a moment. Alan Daniel Budd (Jonny Green) presents Belinda Chandra (Varada Sethu) with a certificate stating that he named a star in honour of her 16th birthday: Miss Belinda Chandra.

Seventeen years later, Belinda is working the night shift as an A&E nurse at London’s Able Free Hospital.

The Doctor is looking for Belinda. He just misses her.

After her shift in the very early morning, Robots (voiced by Nicolas Briggs) smash their way into her London home.

They’re from the planet Missbelindachandra One – and they want their queen back!

Belinda is taken away in the Robot’s rocket ship.

The Doctor arrives too late and can only watch the ship launch into the sky.

Mrs Flood (Anita Dobson) watches from the adjoining garden.

The robots have a throne waiting for their Queen.

The human residents, the BelindaChandra-kind, attend. The Doctor has infiltrated them.

The BelindaChandra-kind resist the tyranny and whims of the A.I. Generator, the controller of the robots.

The rebels have set up headquarters and a hospital.

Belinda is introduced to the Doctor and is astonished to find he has two hearts.

Not all can survive the conflict.

The Robochamber is invaded. Who will prevail?
