According to official Doctor Who social media accounts, Jodie Whittaker and Mandip Gill have have entirely wrapped filming on Doctor Who Series 13 and the three specials which will air in 2022.

The most recently filming was for the Doctor Who BBC centenary special, to air in autumn of 2022, where Jodie Whittaker’s thirteenth Doctor is expected to regenerate.

There pair were apparently filming their last scenes on the TARDIS interior set at Roath Lock Studios on October 13. Principal photography for the special likely began some time in mid August. Whittaker will have filmed her regeneration scene in that time frame.
The six episodes of Doctor Who Series 13, titled Flux will begin airing on October 31, 2021. The three additional 2022 specials featuring Jodie Whittaker’s thirteenth Doctor will air on New Year’s Day, spring, and the Doctor Who BBC centenary special in autumn.
