Noel Clarke has another hit on his hands, with his Sky One buddy cop show Bulletproof ending its successful first run with news of a second season order.
The show has noted up Sky One’s biggest audience of the year, and it comes from the pen of Clarke, Ashley Walters and Nick Love. Clarke and Walters play the lead roles of Bishop and Pike in the show, and Clarke has been up front about looking for Bulletproof to become a franchise. It’s just taken its next step forward in becoming just that.
Bulletproof season two will run for another six episodes, and they’re set to film later this year we’d imagine, for transmission in 2019. The first series is available on catch-up services.
