Well, considering that’s a life-size Boba Fett guarding Han Solo in carbonite, we’d very much expect his assessment of its position in some imaginary league table of places to get a tenner out to be correct.
However, the real gold came further down the thread courtesy of @BrianPointy, whose Whovian eye was drawn to some other inhabitants of the same roof…

The location in question is the brilliantly named Inner Space Stations Self Storage, and it’s located on the Hull Rd, near the A64 to the west of York. As you can see from the image below, those two Daleks are not the only enemy of The Doctor standing guard over it.
We wonder what the accident rate outside there is…
