The second series of French thriller The Returned will air in the UK on Channel 4 towards the end of next year.

Judging by the enthusiastic tweets and reviews, the nation has taken The Returned to its heart in a way we Brits tend not to usually do when it comes to things en Français.

The name Michael Madsen these days sadly conjures up horrible images of Celebrity Big Brother rather than Reservoir Dogs. Film-wise, the erstwhile Mr Blonde starred in last year’s SyFy monster-fest Piranhaconda and now tops the bill in iffy zombie pic Infection Z.
Horror sequel The Last Exorcism: Part II is out in cinemas now, produced by Eli Roth (Hostel), and to celebrate we’ve got sets of scary DVDs to give away to two of our Twitter followers!
