The internet has been awash over the past week or two with rumours surrounding Doctor Who series 11. The initial trailer for Jodie Whittaker’s first run in the TARDIS is apparently due later this month. And according to sources – and we can’t find the original source of this particular part of the story, hence we didn’t initially report it ourselves – some familiar faces are set to appear in the new run.
Specifically, there have been rumours of a return for the Torchwood duo of John Barrowman and Eve Myles.
The pair responded earlier in the week to those – scroll down a little more to see their responses – but since we posted this original story, Barrowman has taken to his Twitter feed again to clarify his position on a Who return. In his words…

Our recommendation? Take casting rumours with a firm pinch of salt for the time being. Whilst the trailer arriving is likely true, everything else it might just be best to wait and see…
