DC Entertainment’s Flashpoint movie, the first solo outing for Ezra Miller’s Barry Allen/The Flash, could well be heading to the UK.
Miller debuted as Barry, the fastest man alive, with a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it cameo in Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice. He then popped up, suited and booted as the scarlet speedster, in a brief montage during Suicide Squad. And then, in Justice League last year, Miller got a proper chance to shine as a member of the titular team.
Next, Miller’s Barry lead his own movie with Flashpoint. According to Omega Underground founder and IGN contributor Christopher Marc, this production will take Miller back to Warner Bros Studios in Leavesden…
UPDATE: FLASHPOINT expected to film stage stuff at Warner Bros. Studios in Leavesden, UK. Ezra Miller is quite familiar with the studio space as he filmed JUSTICE LEAGUE and FANTASTIC BEASTS 1-2 there.

John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein (who worked on the script for Spider-Man: Homecoming and recently directed Game Night) are directing Flashpoint, from a script by Joby Harold (King Arthur: Legend Of The Sword). Kiersey Clemons plays Iris West, Barry’s main love interest. Billy Crudup’s Henry Allen, Barry’s dad, could also appear. Rumours have also linked Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman, Ray Fisher’s Cyborg, Ben Affleck’s Batman and Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s Thomas Wayne to the movie.
The title, Flashpoint, is a direct lift from the comics. Therein, Flashpoint was a major arc, wherein Barry travelled back in time in an attempt to undo the murder of his mother. He succeeded in doing so, but, in the process, he ruined the timeline and completely rewrote the present.
As more Flashpoint news and rumours come to light, we’ll be sure to pass them on.
