Michelle Gomez has revealed what would happen if she wrote a Doctor Who episode and it’s fittingly bonkers.

Asked by a fan at MegaCon in Orlando last weekend what the story would be if she was allowed to write an episode, Gomez replied: “It’d be set in some kind of Victorian era with Daft Punk music playing in the background and Captain Jack obviously would be swinging from the rafters and Peter Capaldi would have his shirt off … and [there’d be] lots and lots of dogs running about; Jack Russells.”

She added: “And it’d be about absolutely nothing, set in a very expensive location.”

The Scottish actress also confirmed at the event that she’s definitely returning as Missy in the new season and said if Missy ever met Captain Jack it would be “total carnage”.

Season 10 will begin filming in July, with Pearl Mackie joining Peter Capaldi’s Doctor as new companion Bill.
