On Monday 31 March 2025, Ncuti Gatwa, Varada Sethu and Millie Gibson attended the premiere of Doctor Who Season Two at the Odeon Luxe West End, Leicester Square, London. The night included a screening of the first episode The Robot Revolution followed by a Q&A with Russell T Davies, Anita Dobson, Millie Gibson Varada Sethu and Ncuti Gatwa hosted by Clara Amfo.

Along with the Doctor and the two companion actors, several guest stars featured in the social media coverage of the premiere. Among them were Anita Dobson, Jonah Hauer-King, Jemma Redgrave, Sule Rimi, Caoilfhionn Dunne, Christopher Chung, Charlie Condou, Kadiff Kirwan, Freddie Fox, Miriam-Teak Lee, Ariyon Bakare, Rose Ayling Ellis, Michelle Greenidge, Angel Wynter and Akemnji Ndifornyen.
Also in attendance were actors from previous Doctor Who series, Jo Martin, Michelle Gomez and Adjoa Andoh.

Doctor Who Showrunner Russell T Davies and series writer Juno Dawson also attended the premiere.
Doctor Who Season Two will officially launch with The Robot Revolution on Saturday 12 April at 8am on BBC iPlayer and later that day on BBC One in the UK. Those outside of the UK can watch Doctor Who Season Two on Disney+ where available simultaneously starting at 3am ET/12am PT. The remaining seven episodes of the series will transmit on subsequent Saturdays.
