The BBC has confirmed when we can expect to see the upcoming Dave Allen biopic, Dave Allen At Peace.
The hour-long drama, that’ll tell the story of the late stand-up comedians life and influences, stars Aidan Gillen as Allen. He’s joined in the cast by Conleth Hill, Tommy Tiernan, Joanne Crawford, Pauline McLynn and Simon Day. The drama has been written by Stephen Russell.
Furthermore, it’s now been officially announced that it’ll screen on BBC Two, on Monday April 2nd.
A 9pm start time has been inked in.
