‘Doctor Who’ Season 10 has finished filming!

Filming on the new season of Doctor Who is now complete.

The epic ten-month shoot began in June 2016 and wrapped last week.

The final episodes to be shot were Season 10’s two-part finale.

Written by Steven Moffat and directed by Rachel Talalay, who previously helmed both 2014 and 2015’s finales, the episodes will guest star Michelle Gomez as Missy and feature the return of the Mondasian Cybermen.

Season 10 begins at 7.20pm on Saturday 15 April on BBC One with ‘The Pilot’.

Capaldi has hinted that his Doctor’s upcoming exit will be “more complicated” than recent regenerations and also recently revealed the reasons behind his decision to leave.
