A synopsis and cast list for the fifth episode of Doctor Who Series 11 , The Tsuranga Conundrum, written by Chris Chibnall and directed by Jennifer Perrott, was released by the Radio Times:
The Doctor and her friends are stranded in the wilderness on a far-flung alien world and must work together with a group of strangers to survive against one of the universe’s deadliest and most unusual creatures.

Jack Shalloo, who plays Yoss Inkl, ispictured above as a pregnant man in a still from the Series 11 trailer. The setting is a futuristic hospital. Yoss Inkl is on the left, reclining, in a green shirt. Ben Bailey Smith’s character, Durkas Cicero, sits close by, possibly indicating there is a relationship between the two men. Jack Shalloo was seen in two photos posted on the still photographer’s online portfolio. One photo showed a side view of Shalloo with a pregnancy belly and the other showed him smiling while holding a baby. The two photos, along with some others from Series 11 were removed from the portfolio.
