On 14 October, Russell Tovey and other actors filmed chaotic scenes on the steps in front of National Museum Wales in Cardiff. According to onlookers, aquatic creatures called Sea Devils are dumping rubbish humans have previously dumped into the ocean on government buildings on dry land. Actors were seen dodging rubbish falling from above.
