The BBC released three behind-the-scenes videos from the making of the tenth and final episode of Doctor Who Series 12, The Timeless Children.
They all share some interesting scenes from the filming and insights into characterization and the creative processes.
Some scenes were filmed at CEMEX at Taffs Well Quarry in Wales at the end of August, 2019.
Another scene featuring the Doctor and the Master was filmed at the top of Garth Hill, which overlooks Cardiff, Wales.
The third video gives some insights into the creation of the Cyber Masters. These scenes where filmed on a set at Roath Lock Studios in Wales.
