Updated 30/11/23: Dodger‘s ‘Coronation’ lands on BBC iPlayer
With December just around the corner, the new Dodger Christmas Special has landed. The hit family show, which should get festive airings on both BBC One and CBBC, is now available to stream.
A family favourite around these parts, the trailer offers our first chance to see Nicola Coughlan in her role as the young Queen Victoria. She looks like she’s having an awful lot of fun in her regal role!
The new special joins three from last year, as well as the show’s first series – all available on BBC iPlayer.

The special’s guest stars are Simon Callow (The Archbishop of Canterbury), Nicola Coughlan (Queen Victoria), Toby Stephens (US President Martin Van Buren), Paul Whitehouse (Royston, Chief of the Yeoman Guard), Dan Renton Skinner (Maurice The Beefeater) and Alex Macqueen (John Bridge, The Crown Jeweller).

The special will air on BBC sometime over the festive period. Then, it will pop up the iPlayer from 29th December and on CBBC on 3rd January.
Dodger comes from BBC Studios Kids & Family Productions in association with Universal International Studios.
