Elizabeth Olsen has been taking about the upcoming Vision and Scarlet Witch TV show, dubbed WandaVision, telling fans to expect six hours of content. Also, there could be something to do with the 1950s going on…

Destined to debut on the upcoming Disney+ streaming service, WandaVision is a new TV series in which Olsen and Paul Bettany will reprise their starcrossed superhero roles from the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies.

The title may draw to mind the Chuckle Brothers, but don’t let that alter your expectations. There are heaps of excellent comic books featuring Wanda Maximoff and The Vision, so there is loads of great material for this new show to draw on.

Speaking to Variety, Olsen said this about the show:

“There’s quite a few other comic books that we’re pulling from and it’s going to be Wanda and the Vision, and I think at the Disney+ launch chat, they showed a photo of us in the ’50s.

“Paul [Bettany] and I are really excited. They have a great group of writers. I think it’s going to be a total of six hours.”

Shooting is set to begin in the autumn, and we’ll be intrigued to find out if there is a 1950s element to the show. As we hear more about WandaVision, we’ll be sure to let you know.
