Suzie Pickles is back and she’s dancing for your vote in I Hate Suzie Too.

Ahead of a three-part “anti-Christmas” Christmas Special, Sky have released the trailer for I Hate Suzie Too.

The show, a follow up to 2020’s critically acclaimed I Hate Suzie, sees Billie Piper back as Suzie Pickles. The first series saw the former child star’s life explode after images from her private life hit the tabloids; we followed her through both private and public humiliation in various excruciating stages of grief.

With I Hate Suzie Too, Suzie’s attempts to rehabilitate herself begin. Armed with a new agent and new PR, she’s hoping to win back the public’s affections performing on reality TV dance competition: “Dance Crazee”.

“Dance like everyone’s watching”

In the new trio of episodes, Leila Fazard, Daniel Ings, Phil Daniels, Lorraine Ashbourne and Elle Piper all reprise their roles. Additionally, Douglas Hodge, Blake Harrison, Layton Williams, Omari Douglas, Anastasia Hille, Angela Sant’Albano, Reza Diako and Yaz Zadeh join the show.

I Hate Suzie was co-created by Billie Piper with writer Lucy Prebble (Succession). It comes from Bad Wolf, in association with Sky Studios. The show’s executive producers are Prebble and Piper, with Andrea Dewsbery, Julie Gardner and Jane Tranter, and Liz Lewin for Sky Studios. The director is Dawn Shadforth, the producer Alex Streeter.

The show premieres on Sky Atlantic on Tuesday 20th December.

In the US, it’s streaming on HBO Max from December 22nd.
