The festive special, Revolution of the Daleks will allegedly be the last time we will see Graham and Ryan as the Doctor’s regular companions on Doctor Who.
According to a source from the programme who spoke to The Mirror, “Two years is a long time in the world of Doctor Who. Yaz will be back but Christmas will be the last outing for Ryan and Graham.”
Bradley Walsh and Tosin Cole were photographed filming Revolution of the Daleks, along with Mandip Gill as their characters, Graham, Ryan and Yaz for a night shoot in the early morning hours of October 3.
It was an amazing honour to watch Doctor who being filmed in front of my flat, it brought so many together and Bradley Walsh came to speak to us during breaks! pic.twitter.com/tG26PLTror

The special will continue from the cliffhanger introduced in the Doctor Who Series 12 finale The Timeless Children with the Doctor captured by the Judoon and imprisoned as a fugitive from the law.
The Mirror wasn’t told the exit storyline for Bradley and Tosin’s characters, Graham O’Brien and step-grandson Ryan Sinclair but they say Mandip Gill’s character, police officer Yasmin Khan (Yaz) will continue to accompany Jodie Whittaker’s Doctor for Series 13 adventures.
Written by Chris Chibnall and directed by Lee Haven Jones, Revolution of the Daleks will air sometime in the festive season between December 2020 and January 2021.
Doctor Who Series 13 will likely premiere in autumn of 2021.
