Brummie crime drama Peaky Blinders will move from BBC Two to BBC One for its fifth series, it’s been revealed. The show achieved its best ratings ever in its third series, which presumably played a part in the decision.
Stranger Things star Charlie Heaton has landed the leading role in a new BBC One version of The Elephant Man. Heaton will play the real-life person Joseph Merrick, who lived from 1862 to 1890, across two 90-minute episodes.
